Twelve years of loyalty to this remarkable home have helped me grow as a person and nursing assistant and have quickly adopted and integrated me. Thanks to the welcome of the different teams I’ve worked with. The team’s dedication, empathy, and availability inspire and encourage me to give my 100% daily.

Our patients and their families are the raison d’être of our mission: to make them feel comfortable despite the difficult times they must endure and feel like members of our big family. If we can make our patients laugh with our jokes, make them dance in the corridor and stop time for a few minutes, listen to them tell us about memorable moments with their loved ones, provide them with moments of pleasure with our famous well-decorated ice creams or with attractive plates lovingly prepared by our cooks, accompany them on their health stroll, or to go out on our two well-appointed terraces to relax while watching the river or listening to the birdsong with our volunteers, to help them attend and applaud the shows organized by La Maison, to give them a moment of joy every Friday with a bouquet prepared by our volunteers, then, mission accomplished!

La Maison de la Sérénité makes a difference through its humanism, professionalism, love, and warmth, creating the feeling of being at Home. Once integrated into our team, every member feels involved in La Maison’s running, improving our processes and care; every idea is listened to and appreciated. Sometimes, we forget we’re at work because this place is like a second home to us. We spend more time with our colleagues than our families, supporting and encouraging each other. We’re there for each other. Thank you all for this fantastic working environment, and long live this unique Maison!
