Tuesday, November 7, 2023, saw the first meeting of La Maison de la Sérénité new Integrated Quality Management Committee, composed of employees representing all departments and a volunteer. Meetings occur four times per year.

The Committee ensures that appropriate actions are taken to prevent incidents or accidents, whether in terms of care, food, equipment, issues at La Maison, etc. It also presents new and on-going projects, new policies, and philanthropic activities.

In September 2021, with the goal of informing and creating a sense of belonging at La Maison, we launched a newsletter initiative for our staff, doctors, employees, volunteers, and donors. The newsletter is published 3 or 4 times during the year.
Our aim is to share important news about La Maison. Whether it’s projects, major donations, events, or special announcements, we want everyone—our families, donors, and partners—to feel like they are an integral part of La Maison’s mission!
