We are pleased to announce the arrival of a new board member to the Board of Directors of La Maison de la Sérénité!
‘’Joining the Board of Directors of La Maison de la Sérénité felt like a natural step, guided by the strength of its mission and its importance within the Laval community. Having grown up and still living in Laval, it is especially meaningful for me to contribute to the only palliative care home in the region.
My interest in La Maison was reinforced through meaningful encounters with individuals deeply committed to the organization. Their dedication and compassion allowed me to humbly recognize the profound and essential impact of its work with patients and families at the end of life. Joining the Board represents my first experience in governance, but above all, a privileged opportunity to contribute to the outreach, sustainability, and deeply human mission of La Maison.
I see my involvement as a structured, rigorous, and long-term commitment. As a notary, I aim to support strong governance and contribute to well-informed decision-making. On a community level, I wish to actively support the visibility of La Maison through awareness initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement.
